Humans naturally gravitate towards plant medicine and substances that alter consciousness. Cannabis has long been used as a tool for psychoactive exploration. Does its ability to enhance visual, auditory, and sensational experience warrant a definition as a “psychedelic”? How the symphony of components in the cannabis plant may utilize similar pathways as other entheogenic plants to create opportunities for transformation.
